This is an early 20th-century (1901) Victorian sterling silver & mother of pearl combination fruit folding knife and seed pip pick/remover.
Genuine mother of pearl scales, with lovely foliate engravings.
Sterling silver blade and pick. They have a good thickness of silver to them and heavy-gauge, not flimsy.
The hinge is sturdy. The blade and pick snap strongly when being opened and closed.
Free from personal inscriptions or monograms.
