Elegant plain design, an early example of the changing taste from Victorian ornamentation to material and form aesthetic in late 19th-century.
They have screw lids, each standing on three ball feet.
All free from inscriptions or monograms.
Original Birmingham antique box, the interior has wine colour velvet and silk lining.
