This is a mid 18th-century (c.1760) Georgian - George III English sterling silver salt or condiment spoon.
The handle with lovely Feather Edge pattern, a shell bowl.
Interesting 'duty dodger' marks, the maker's mark stamped twice.
Initial "N" to the reverse of the spoon bowl.
It is a heavy gauge silver spoon, the shell bowl still has a good thickness to it and not flimsy.
HALLMARKS: London, SILVER fineness 925. MAKER IK or JK.
DIMENSION: 9.4cm (3 3/4") long approx.
WEIGHT: 7g approx.
