This is a pair of late 19th-century Indian Colonial solid silver 900 antique salt & pepper pots.
In lovely naturalistic Art Nouveau form. The lids and bases depict lily pads.
Both hallmarked on the bases.
They retain their original gilding to the interior.
They are free from monograms or inscriptions. Faint engravings of 'S' and 'P' for salt & pepper.
The silver tested and shows high grade 900+ silver standard.
Both thick gauge and chunky, the bases are not weighted, each weighs just over 100g.
