LARGE ART DECO SILVER CIGARETTE BOX

A very fine mid 20th-century (1945) Art Deco sterling silver cigarette box. 

The lid top has sloping corners, with crisp engine-turned decorations.

Without personal inscriptions or crests.

The interior is wood lined, in clean condition.

It is fully hallmarked both on the lid and the body.

A superb large and high quality genuine Art Deco silver cigarette box.

DIMENSION: 18.7cm (7 3/8") x 9cm (3 1/2").  Height: 5cm (2") approx.

WEIGHT: 446g (loaded)

CONDITION: It is in excellent condition without damage. No obvious dents. The hinges are in working order. The lid closes flush with the base compartment. The interior wood lining is also in good condition with no obvious scuff marks. No repair or restoration.
