SUPERB GEORGE III SILVER ANTIQUE PEPPER POT

A fine mid 18th-century (1776) sterling silver pepper pot by Thomas Shepherd.

Decorated with lovely intricate embossed flowers, scrolls and  leaves.

Great condition and quality.

The lid marked TD - Thomas Daniell, it is a good fit, the lid closes firm and flush with the body.

It has no personal engravings or crests. No previous erasures.

Decent silver weight.

A rare genuine 240 year old George III English silver pepper pot.

DIMENSION: Diameter: 5cm (2").  Height: 12cm (4 3/4")  approx.
