FINE EDWARDIAN ANTIQUE SILVER INKWELL

A beautiful early 20th century (1903) Edwardian sterling silver inkwell by Synyer & Beddoes.

The heavy cut glass inkwell in globular 'pineapple' style, sitting on a sterling silver circular stand.

The silver interior retains some of the traces of the original gilding.

It is fully hallmarked, with matching marks to the silver collar, under side of the lid and on the stand.

No personal inscriptions or crests.

A high quality, genuine 113 year old Edwardian English silver inkwell.

DATE: 1903

DIMENSION (Inkwell): Diameter: 5.5cm (2 1/8").  Height: 5cm (2") approx.

DIMENSION (Ink stand): Diameter: 10.5cm (4 1/8").  Height: 1.2cm (1/2") approx.

WEIGHT: Silver weight of the stand: 50g.  (Combined 137g)
